Your club's space, paid for by your partners

For committees and treasurers. A Belgian hockey club has no budget line for software. This one doesn't ask for one: it funds itself on what the club sells.

How the plan pays for itself

Club Sponsors costs €490 incl. VAT per season, and it opens two slots the club sells to whoever it likes. The sum takes three lines.

Two slots sold at €250 each to local partners - the brasserie down the road, the sports shop, the broker already sponsoring a shirt.

€500 collected by the club, of which aftermatch takes nothing.

The plan is paid, and the club is €10 up. Everything it sells beyond that is entirely its own.

No commission on the club's partners, ever: our inventories are separate. What we sell on our side does not touch the club's slots, and the reverse holds too. That is what keeps the sum above reliable over time.

What the club sells, exactly

  • The slots in the app, seen by the club's players at every match - never during the count at the club-house, which stays free of advertising.
  • The cards shared after the match. That is the most valuable slot and the least obvious: an MVP card travels through both teams' WhatsApp groups, then into a story. It is seen by people outside the club.
  • The club-house screen, showing the weekend's results at the bar - and your partners between two results, except during the vote and the count, when the placement goes dark just as it does in the app.

The screen arrives this season. It is included in Club; it is Club Sponsors that rotates your partners on it instead of ours.

What the committee gets

The club's space

A page in the club's colours, its logo, and the administration of its teams in one place.

What the teams see

The club's identity in every player's app, and on every card they share. It is the club that appears, not us.

What the space does not give

Not the ballots, not the justifications, and not the power to create an account or appoint a team's staff. The club administers its identity, not its teams' dressing room.

The detail, and how to claim the club's space

Open your club's space

Five fields, three minutes. The request is checked by hand, through the club's official channel - that is what guarantees a club is not claimed by someone outside it.
