Legal notice
Who publishes aftermatch, where to reach us, and who hosts the service. Article XII.6 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law requires it, and it is the least we owe a team that trusts its Sunday evenings to a piece of software.

The publisher

Reaching us
Email: contact@aftermatch.be. There is no phone number: we answer in writing, which leaves a trace. Emails sent by the app come from no-reply@aftermatch.be - that address receives nothing, so do not write to it.

Hosting
The site and the apps run on a server managed by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. The server is in Gravelines, France: the data does not leave the European Union. Two outside services are involved: Mailjet for emails, and the push relays of Google, Apple and Mozilla when you turn reminders on - the privacy policy sets out what that means.
The three addresses
aftermatch.be explains the product and asks for nothing - no account, no form. app.aftermatch.be is your team's app: you get in through the team's invitation link, there is no open sign-up. club.aftermatch.be is the club space: that is where a club claims its own, and every request is reviewed by hand.
What belongs to whom
The aftermatch name, the logo, the text on this site and the code of the apps belong to Oak Eye. What your team records - matches, goals, cards, ballots, reasons - stays with your team and your club: we host it, we do not resell it, we do not publish it, and we do not train anything on it. Club and partner logos remain the property of their owners; by uploading one, the club only allows us to display it inside the service.
Reporting content
A reason that goes too far, a photo that should not be there, a club claimed by someone with no mandate: write to contact@aftermatch.be with the team, the match and what the problem is. A human reads it and answers. That is the only channel - there is no report button in the app yet, and we would rather say so than let you assume otherwise.
What we answer for, and what we do not
We keep the service, its backups and its security running as well as we can, without guaranteeing permanent availability: this is a young product run by a small outfit. We are not answerable for what team members write in their reasons, nor for what a club publishes as its colours or its partners - but anything reported and clearly wrong gets taken down. Links to partner websites lead to their sites: what happens there is not ours.
Governing law
Belgian law applies. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking it through, only the competent Belgian courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring the case before the court where you live.
