Open your club's space
Five fields, three minutes. After that the work is ours: we write to the club through its official channel - not to you - to check that you really are mandated, and we tell its members. No request is ever approved automatically.

Before you start
- An account on club.aftermatch.be, with your address confirmed. You don't have to play: a secretary or a treasurer creates one in a minute. That account opens nothing until a request is approved.
- A mandate from the committee. You declare your role: president, secretary, treasurer, committee member, head of the youth section, coach - or « other », specified in a word. That isn't proof: it's a dated statement, in your name.
- Your club in the register of affiliated clubs. That register is what gives us an official channel to contact: without it there's nothing to check, so nothing to approve.
There's no rush. Your teams vote, fill in their match sheets and keep their rankings without a club space, free of charge. Claiming only opens the club's administration: nobody is held up while we look into it.
What happens after your request

You file
You pick your club from the list, declare your role, leave a number where we can reach you and, if you like, a note to help us. Two boxes: you are mandated by the committee, and you accept that your request is announced to its members. No field asks for the club's contact details - we already have them, and asking would suggest they count as proof.

You get a date, not a delay
The acknowledgement leaves within the minute, carrying a deadline: “answer by Wednesday 12 August at the latest”. Two Belgian working days - five when more than ten files are open at once. Weekends and public holidays are counted, and the date is fixed the moment you file: it won't move.

We write to the club, never to you
One official channel, and only that: your mandate published in the Belgian Official Gazette, the club's address recorded in the federal register, or its phone number. A channel you supplied us can never justify an approval - that's the rule the whole thing rests on. You only see which channel it is, and a masked target: “we wrote to i•••@club.be”. If no answer comes, we don't write to the same mailbox again: we call.

A person decides, and writes why
A reason is required either way: a file settled without one is a file nobody looked into. Approving is technically impossible until an official channel has confirmed - not your seniority, not the number of your teams, not two colleagues vouching for you. If you're refused, reply to the decision email to ask for a second look.

The space opens right away, in full
No waiting stacked on top of two days of review. As soon as it is approved you are in, and nothing is held back: your teams and their counters, your results, your partners, the club identity. What establishes your mandate is the call-back on an official club channel - not a delay.

The club members are told, by name
On the day it opens, every member of the club gets an email in their language: your name, what you see, what you will never see. If they think you have no mandate, they tell us in one click, with no deadline - the link stays active for as long as the space exists. An appeal is not a veto: it brings in a person, who reads and decides. And an access can be withdrawn at any time.
What the club space gives you
- Your teams: number of players, matches played, date of the last match, status. Counts, not names.
- Entering results. And the full match sheet - goals, phase of play, penalty corner, stroke, cards - once a team delegates it to you.
- Your partners: tagline, link, placements, run dates, views and clicks.
- The club's identity: the name, colours and logo your players see in the app. It's part of the Club plan.
- Everything you do in this space leaves a trace in your name. That's the honest counterpart of access granted on the strength of a phone call.
What it will never give you
- Players' names, emails and phone numbers. Squad names appear only if the team has delegated match entry to you, team by team. The club-house screen is the exception, and the whole room can see it: it names the players it shows at the bar. It is a display, not a list you take away.
- The contents of the ballots. Neither who voted for whom, nor the reasons read out at the clubhouse. That stays with the team.
- Creating an account, resetting a password, appointing a team's staff. Those three powers would turn a fraudulent request into a takeover of accounts.
- Any power over a team. You can shelve a team so it leaves your list; on its side nothing changes - it votes and enters its matches as before.
What it costs
Why a club pays, and how the plan pays for itself
- Nothing to ask, nothing for your teams. The ritual - voting, closing, counting the ballots at the clubhouse, sharing the result - is free, and stays free even if the club takes no plan at all.
- Two paid plans, billed per season, from 1 September to 31 August: Club at 190 euros including VAT, Club Sponsors at 490 euros including VAT. Invoice and bank transfer, the way a non-profit committee works.
- Club opens the club's own space: its page in its own colours, its logo, the administration of its teams. Results on the club-house screen arrive this season. Club Sponsors also hands you the advertising placements: your partners instead of ours, and 100% of what you sell them. The club-house screen carries your partners too.
Stopping payment returns the club to the Discovery plan. Nothing is deleted, the teams keep voting.
What if…
My club isn't in the list
Write to us at contact@aftermatch.be: it has to be linked to the federal register first. A club created on the fly by a captain has no official channel we know of, so there's nothing to check. Its teams carry on as normal in the meantime.
I play, but I'm not on the committee
From the app, under “Manage team”, copy the claim link and paste it into the club's group chat. Whoever is on the committee only has to open it: they file the request, in their own name. It's often the shortest way to the right person.
Someone has already filed a request for my club
File yours anyway. A request is a request, not a reservation: both files are shown side by side and we call the club to settle it - never the applicants. If the club itself can't say, we refuse both and wait for a request from the committee.
Someone got my club's space without a mandate
Tell us, with or without an account. We suspend first and look into it after: access is withdrawn in one reasoned decision, and every member is notified. None of the club's data is touched - teams, matches and rankings carry on exactly as before.
A player rather than a committee member?
There's nothing for you to request. Your team sent you an invitation link: add aftermatch to your home screen and you're ready for the next final whistle.
